Dr. Cain joined Endodontic Associates in 1993. He received his DDS from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in 1987 and his Certificate of Endodontics from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 1993. Dr. Cain is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, and the Nashville Dental Society. He is Past President of the Greater Nashville Study Club and the Tennessee Association of Endodontists, and a former Board Member of Harding Academy in Nashville. Dr. Cain enjoys snow skiing, fly-fishing, and traveling. He is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Nashville and donates his time to the Interfaith Dental Clinic and Nations Ministry. Dr. Cain is married and he and his wife Heather have 2 children.
