Endodontic Associates is contracted with many insurance PPO plans. We will accept and file most out of network PPO and Indemnity plans on your behalf, provided they have out of network benefits. We are currently not contracted with any Medicare Advantage Plans. However, we are happy to provide you with an itemized receipt containing diagnostic codes, in order for you to file for reimbursement. We are currently not contracted and do not file any HMO or TennCare plans.
