I met with Dr. Clay Sparrow and his assistant Christina for a pre-root canal consultation and was remarkably impressed with them both. Christina was patient and able to alleviate my fear of the x-ray (laugh all you want but with an abscess in your gums having to bite down on plastic is scary!). Then Dr. Sparrow came in to discuss the x-ray and the problem tooth. He then drew me a picture of a tooth, its roots, AND the nerve endings and visually showed me how the procedure would go. It was a perfect explanation for a visual, former art gallery owner (although from an art critic’s perspective he probably shouldn’t quit his day job or at least find a new subject matter). Stay tuned for the post-procedure update, but I’m expecting big things from these two!

The Cool Springs office gave me the best dental experience I've ever had. Dr. Murray and his associates were patient, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. They performed 2 root canals on the same day in record time and I felt so taken care of. I have food allergies and past medical experiences that caused me to feel nervous -- but they listened to my concerns and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and keep me safe. Highly recommend! Worth the 3 hour drive 🙂
